Independent verifier for astra-substrate releases.

Ships a pinned trust root (roots/publisher.sha256)
Verifies wheel hash, manifest signature, SBOM signature
Imports no astra.*

Usage

pip install astra-verify
astra-verify --dist /path/to/astra_substrate/dist
