Status
0.0.1 reserves the name. Nothing works yet. The note command moves here
next, from skillbox's slipbox skill, where it runs today: it reads and writes
atomic markdown notes for the slipbox and for task stores, and serves them as
MCP tools (note mcp). The command stays note; atomnote is the package.
