Un appel sans payment renvoie le défi HTTP 402 x402. L'agent signe le payload
avec son wallet puis rappelle l'outil avec payment (transmis en
PAYMENT-SIGNATURE et X-PAYMENT). Le serveur ne détient aucune clé privée.
