aver-bio

The Aver CLI: continuous validation for clinical bioinformatics pipelines. It fingerprints a pipeline's dependencies, benchmarks it against public reference materials (GIAB germline, SEQC2 somatic, GIAB SV, GeT-RM PGx), and writes deterministic, verifiable reports. It never processes patient data.

This 0.1.x distribution consolidates the aver_core, aver_refdata, aver_resolver, aver_comparator, aver_drift and aver_evidence modules into one wheel; later releases split them into their own packages.

Aver produces validation evidence. It does not certify, accredit or approve anything; the laboratory and its accrediting body decide.
