Installation

$ pip install aws_pcluster_helpers

QuickStart

Print help

$ pcluster-helper --help

Print sinfo table

$ pcluster-helper sinfo

Print nextflow slurm config to stdout

$ pcluster-helper gen-nxf-slurm-config --stdout
