hello world to break dependencies...

Hello world
This package is called "bad-helloworld-2" for it's kind of stange purpose - cause ResolutionFailure: Your dependencies could not be resolved.
To achieve so high goal the package "bad-helloworld-1" will be also created.
Installation
Run the following to install:
pip install bad-helloworld-2
