CLI for using Ballista.build
Commands
init- Create an initial ballista.yamlbuild- Build the artifacts contained in a ballista.yamlup- Execute project in local environmentdown- Teardown project in local environmentrun- Run a command with an Artifact contextdeploy- Deploy to an environmentlist- List various items from environments
