BASELODE (Python)

Baselode is an open-source Python toolkit for working with structured exploration and mining datasets.

Version 0.1.0 focuses on domain-aware data models and validation utilities for drillhole-style data. The goal is to provide a consistent foundation for analytics, visualization, and AI workflows.

Installation

pip install baselode

Requires: Python 3.10+

Example

Export canonical projects

Use baselode.export to normalize serialization-sensitive values once and atomically write matching CSV/Parquet tables plus a manifest:

Known canonical identifiers such as hole_id, sample_id, and project_id are exported as nullable strings. Mixed object columns are string-normalized, nested values are JSON-encoded, and nulls remain null. Source-specific joins, filtering, and output policy belong in the calling adaptor or workflow.
