Bioage tools
A bunch of handy tools for biological age analysis:
- bias regression correction;
- age acceleration based on bioage model;
- SHAP analysis of accelerations;
- smart regression loss function for bioage model learning [TODO].
Install
pip install .

See examples/acc_explainer.ipynb.
