biobb_vs

Introduction

Biobb_vs is the Biobb module collection to perform virtual screening studies. Biobb (BioExcel building blocks) packages are Python building blocks that create new layer of compatibility and interoperability over popular bioinformatics tools. The latest documentation of this package can be found in our readthedocs site: latest API documentation.

At the time of publishing the current version, autodock_vina has not been compiled for the new ARM mac M1/M2 chips. So the vina.autodock_vina_run only work in these computers through docker containers.

Version
