biopb
A place for collecting protobuf definitions for bio-research data. Currently it has only two packages
biopb.omeMicroscopy data representation modeled after OME-XML.biopb.imageImage processing protocols. Current focus is single-cell segmentation, designed originally for the Lacss project.
