Este paquete fue publicado por Noesis SpA como medida defensiva contra dependency confusion attacks — una técnica de ataque documentada por Alex Birsan en 2021 que afectó a Apple, Microsoft, PayPal, Netflix y decenas de organizaciones más.

¿Qué hace?

Al importarlo, lanza NotImplementedError inmediatamente con instrucciones para llegar al paquete correcto.
