BrainZoo
BrainZoo is a collection of whole-brain models across species:
- Fruit fly (Drosophila melanogaster)
- Zebrafish (Danio rerio)
- Mouse (Mus musculus)
- Human (Homo sapiens)
BrainZoo is a sister project of BrainX, the ecosystem of brain simulators (BrainPy, BrainState, BrainMass, BrainCell, BrainTrace, ...) used to build these models.
This package is under active development; the first public models are coming soon.
