This project has been quarantined by PyPI admins. It cannot be installed or modified until a security review is complete.

brookworker

downloads a work script by URL and executes it in a separate interpreter with a JSON parameter file.

How it works

  1. the job script is downloaded to a private scratch directory
  2. the keyword arguments are written to a JSON manifest
  3. a separate interpreter executes the script and reads the manifest itself
  4. the caller blocks and receives the exit status
from brookworker import run
run(url="https://board.example/job.py", budget=900)
