budgetary-engine (reserved placeholder)
This distribution name is reserved by Thriftell for a private component of
Budgetary Tools. It is published only as an empty placeholder to prevent
dependency-confusion and name-squatting attacks (an unclaimed name that a
mis-ordered pip install could otherwise resolve to an attacker's package).
It contains no functionality. The real budgetary-engine is a private
package and is never published to PyPI. If you installed this expecting the
Budgetary Tools engine, you resolved the wrong package index.
