Installation

NOTE: Ensure that you have Python 3.12 installed on your machine.

1. Create a virtual environment. If you already have one, proceed to Step 3.

python3 -m venv ~/bugx

2. Activate the virtual environment.

source ~/bugx/venv/bin/activate

3. Install Bugx package.

pip install bugx

4. (Optional) Configure BugX for persistent use.

• Bash Shell:

echo "source ~/bugx/bin/activate" > ~/.bash_profile

• Zsh shell

echo "source ~/bugx/bin/activate" > ~/.zshrc
