Description
This patch is about “getRefs” and “getBRefs” of ATReference.
These are not checking permissions.
This patch is checking permissions and checking “effectiveDate”.
Adding methods are “getSecureRefs” and “getSecureBRefs”.
Adding methods are “getSortedSecureRefs” and “getSortedSecureBRefs” from Ver 0.2.
