caesar_cipher_cli_wail
Simple Caesar Cipher CLI with Arabic UI.

Usage (development):
- Create and activate venv.
- Run:
python -m caesar_cipher_cli_wail.cli
After installing the package (from wheel):
- Run command:
caesar-cipher-wail
This package provides:
encrypt(text, key)anddecrypt(cipher_text, key)functions.- A CLI interactive flow:
caesar_cipher_cli_wail.cli:main
