calc-desktop
The desktop app for calc: an
editor, data grid and schema browser for .calc projects, in its own
window.
uv tool install calc-desktop
calc_desktop # open the current folder
calc_desktop path/to/project
Or run it without installing:
uvx --from calc-desktop calc_desktop
uv unpacks the app into your user folder — no installer runs. On Windows
it needs the WebView2 runtime, which Windows 11 includes and managed Windows
10 machines usually have. Wheels are built for Windows and macOS; on Linux,
use the .deb, .rpm or AppImage instead.
