The package CalMono
Perform calcium imaging and immunofluorescent labeling images in Carl Zeiss Image format.
Segment neuronal pixels from calcium imaging image.
Match to the pixels from immunofluorescent image.
Perform signal processing of the calcium imaging data and quantify neuronal activities.
