canvasctl compatibility package
canvasctl has been renamed to CanvasCtrl. This compatibility package
installs the matching canvasctrl release, which retains the canvasctl
command and migrates existing local configuration non-destructively.
The former agent, mcp, all, and dev extras remain available and map to
their CanvasCtrl equivalents.
New installations should use https://canvasctrl.vivek-patel.com/install.sh.
