The Caspase SDK — WatcherState, symptom checks, death certificates,
control-plane client, and the caspase operator CLI.
This is the framework-agnostic core. The supported framework adapter today is
caspase-hermes — install that package to supervise
Hermes Agent sessions with one pip install.
