Renamed to agent-session-manager — installs the `asm` command.

cc-session-utils → agent-session-manager
This package was renamed to agent-session-manager (command: asm).
pip install -U agent-session-manager
asm
Installing or upgrading cc-session-utils now just pulls in agent-session-manager
and keeps the legacy cc-tui / cc-session-utils commands working — both launch asm.
The tool now manages Claude Code and OpenAI Codex sessions, cost, and data in one terminal dashboard. See the new project page for details.
