Single Cell ATAC-Seq Analysis Pipelines

Introduction
Celescope_ATAC is used to process single cell atac sequencing data generated with Singleron product. This pipeline takes paired-end FASTQ files as input and generate output files which can be used for downstream data analysis as well as a summary of QC criteria.
