CENdetectHOR Library (cen_detect_hor)
Library to characterise tandem repeats in genomic sequences in terms of evolutionary relationships, looking for so called higher-order-repeats (HORs). It has been specifically designed to analyse non-coding centromeric high-repetition regions of chromosomes.
