Unified Cogniflow command-line interface.

Published distribution name:

pip install cf-core-cli

Console script:

cf --help

Setup entrypoint:

cf install --help

The public user-facing distribution is cogniflow, but the primary command remains cf. cf install delegates setup orchestration into cf_setup.

Publishing

cf_cli is published with the dedicated Windows workflow:

• Workflow: .github/workflows/cf_cli_windows_publish.yml
• Package directory: sandcastle/cf_cli
• PyPI tag: cf-core-cli-v<version>
• TestPyPI tag: cf-core-cli-v<version>-test
• Release order for the public install chain: publish cf-core-cli 0.1.5 first, then cf-setup, then cogniflow
