cf-workspace-store
cf_workspace_store owns the embedded workspace-store infrastructure surface for Cogniflow.
Installation
Part of the cogniflow metapackage — installed automatically by the setup wizard.
Repository development mode: cogniflow dev-install from the repo root.
Public releases are wheel-only for CPython 3.13 and 3.14 on the published
Windows and Linux x86-64 matrix. Native wheel builds require the declared
cf-package-contracts build dependency and the pinned DuckDB SDK supplied by
the release build environment; they must not depend on checkout-relative files.
Source distributions are retained for development builds and are not part of
the public release artifact set.
It provides:
- a Python API for opening the runtime-state named store plus ephemeral sessions
- a native
CfWorkspaceStoreContractV1provider for other native packages
DuckDB is the first backend implementation, but DuckDB-specific handles and types stay internal to this package.
pipeline_states is the only public named store surface.
Productive RDF semantics should use ProviderKey.SEMANTICS_STORE; old RDF DuckDB files are cleanup-only internals.
