Task 4 CLI
To use this package
Create and activate a virtual environment.
virtualenv venv
venv/scripts/activate
Install the package:
python -m pip install --index-url https://test.pypi.org/simple/ --no-deps char_count_package
Now you can import the package:
import unique_char_count_package
Usage
