chuance-policy-mcp
PyPI 发行名为 chuance-policy-mcp-runtime。女娲客户端使用同名命令，
同时保留原命令 chuance-policy-mcp 以兼容既有 stdio 配置：

v0.2.4 变更：支持 10、十、第十条 三种条号输入；识别“第（七）项/第七款”等子项并只返回对应原文；法条内部抽取上限由 1500 提升至 5000 字，批量结果按子项 900 字、法条 2400 字、文件 1200 字分层输出，消除固定 300 字截断导致的后半条款误判；新增标准化法条键，供工作流按“同文件+同条号”去重。
