为什么有这个项目
本项目完全参考 cibuildwheel, 这是一个比较全面的Python库构建工具。
在使用cibuildwheel的过程中发现需要下载 Python安装包 以及 docker镜像 等其他资源，
这些资源默认都是从国外网站下载，在国内使用 cibuildwheel 构建时， 由于种种原因，
资源下载速度非常慢，导致构建体验不太友好。 因此有了 cibuildwheel-cn, 加速国内构建体验。
功能和cibuildwheel保持一致。
如何使用
不能和cibuildwheel同时安装，否则会出现问题。
pip install cibuildwheel-cn
同cibuildwheel使用方法一样，参考 cibuildwheel文档,
