This is a placeholder. The real cirrusnetworks-siege-agent is an internal Cirrus Networks
package, distributed only from Cirrus's private index. It is never published here.
This name is registered so that it cannot be claimed by anyone else — a package resolving to PyPI under this name would be a dependency-confusion substitution.
If you installed this by accident, your index configuration is wrong: you are resolving Cirrus package names against public PyPI. This package contains no working code — importing it fails with an error explaining that.
