cmux

cmux is a tmux-like terminal multiplexer TUI backed by libghostty-vt. It keeps machines, sessions, workspaces, screens, panes, tabs, terminals, and browser panes in one scriptable interface.

This PyPI distribution provides the standalone cmux command for macOS and Linux:

python -m pip install cmux
cmux

For one-off use, run uvx cmux or pipx run cmux. See the cmux-tui documentation for CLI commands, configuration, remote sessions, and SDKs.
