UI.Layout JQuery plugin integration in portal_javascript

Introduction
‘collective.js.uilayout’ provides a JQuery plugin.
This plugin makes UI.Layout available in plone.
See http://layout.jquery-dev.net/ for more information about this plugin.
The version number for this product is kept in sync with the version number of the plugin.
Upgrade Notes:
To upgrade from a version earlier than 1.2.0.3 you need to reinstall the product via the ZMI portal_quickinstall tool.
