Project description

COMETA

COMETA is a probabilistic model for annotation of metabolomics data. It was created by Alexis Delabriere at the Zamboni Lab (ETH Zurich, Switzerland).

COMETA is in alpha version and work in progress. Currently, it already integrates multiple types of information in the annotation process:
