This is the one-step installer for CORDIS.
python -m pip install "cordis-ai[mcp]"
cordis setup codex
cordis status
For CLI-only use without MCP, install cordis-ai and run cordis init.
CORDIS also supports cordis setup claude-code, cordis setup opencode,
cordis setup hermes, and cordis setup all.
The distribution installs Cordis Core, Memory, Runtime, Planner, Socrates, and Bridge together. The planner does not select a provider or execute work: it validates structured PlanIR proposals produced by a host-supplied model. Socrates is activated only by a host's Goal Mode and returns a bounded route; it never executes tools or grants permissions.
