CORDIS Capability

cordis-capability is the local tool and capability registry for CORDIS. It answers one question without calling a model: which tools exist on this machine, where they are, and whether they respond.

It deliberately does not install tools, grant permissions, or touch global configuration. It only registers, probes, and reports.
