Common main platform for test automation tools

This package is intended as a subsystem for applications developed/to be developed and facilitated many operations. It has been tried to comply with the Design Pattern/Object Orient principles and PEP standards. It will be constantly updated with additions and corrections. I will share all the source code and how to use it on my blog website which I will publish soon.
