Download Coursera videos for offline viewing

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Open up a terminal and change the directory to the folder containing the coursera_offline files.
Run the command sudo python setup.py install
Copy the coursera_offline to /usr/local/bin by using the command
sudo cp coursera_offline /usr/local/bin
