Coy - A program to control the behavior of process dynamically.
Coy monitors various kinds of resources ("watch") and affects the behavior of the specified process ("control").
Quick usage
$ pip install coy
$ coy PROGRAM

Use case

Computer science research. You can execute a time-consuming program, for example, machine learning, while avoiding disturbing the other users in the same computer cluster where all users share its resource.

Mining cryptocurrency. You may get your computer to mine some cryptocurrency when you are making coffee.
