The conformance and performance bench for the modems in hfmodem -- kestrel (VARA), shrike (PACTOR) and sabir.
It runs a transfer between two modem instances over a simulated channel and sums both ends to prove the same bytes arrived, so a claim about a protocol is something you can re-run rather than something you read. Pre-alpha.
