An OpenSSL-based file encryption and decryption utility

Encryption / Decryption utilities, based on OpenSSL and 
public/private key pairs.

Use the `filecrypt` command to encrypt a plaintext file securely (and, optionally
securely destroy it); using the `-d` flag decrypts it.
