Features
The Telegram adapter allows for reading and writing of messages from the Telegram messaging platform using python-telegram-bot.

Installation
Install with pip:
pip install csp csp-adapter-telegram
Install with conda:
conda install csp csp-adapter-telegram -c conda-forge
