🧪 Suggested Initial Milestone Roadmap
- Hardware Integration: Connect to your smart trainer/power meter and heart rate monitor via BLE.
- Data Display CLI: Show power/speed/Cadence in a terminal or simple GUI.
- Add UI + HUD: Distance, speed, power, calories, etc.
- Simulate Resistance: Send resistance control to trainer based on gradient.
- Workout Mode: Simple interval workout support.
- Logging & Export: Save rides and export to .fit.
