CZB-zarr-challenge

TODO: TEST THIS OUT STARTING FROM THE BEGINNING AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS!

first, create a new environment using the requirements.py file. command:

from the base folder (CZB_coding_challenge)

First, download data: data folder should just be empty when first uploaded into the repo KazanskyStar command: 20241107 command:

iohub folder should not exist prior to this - will be pip installed or git cloned from base folder: git clone https://github.com/czbiohub-sf/iohub.git pip install ./iohub

Task 1 deliverables: () ()

API:

To segment () Run () from scripts/(). Output will be in outputs/().

CHECK THAT EACH SCRIPT AND EACH OUTPUT HAS BEEN COVERED HERE!
