Installation
Install package
pip install daruma
USAGE
Command Line Execution
daruma [SEQUENCE FILE] -o [OUTPUT FILE]
SEQUENCE FILE : Path to fasta formatted file(supports both multi-fasta and single-fasta).
Script Execution
import daruma
pred = daruma.predict( seq )
