Decision Horizon
The system of record for what an AI agent knew, was allowed, and did: signed Agent Decision Records on the Model Context Protocol tool path, verifiable offline with a pinned public key.
pip install decision-horizon

dh verify <records.jsonl> --pub <signer.key.pub>
dh replay <records.jsonl> --pub <signer.key.pub>
Python 3.10–3.12. Compiled wheels for Linux, macOS and Windows. MCP Python SDK 1.x and 2.x.
Licence
Proprietary. Free 90-day evaluation on non-production systems; production use by Pilot, Team or Enterprise agreement. Your records are yours and stay verifiable after any licence ends. Source is not distributed.
