decitobin
A small Python library and CLI for converting decimal, binary, hexadecimal, octal, ASCII, and duodecimal values.

Installation
pip install decitobin
Python API
from decitobin import convert_value
print(convert_value("10", "decimal", "binary"))
print(convert_value("1010", "binary", "decimal"))
print(convert_value("FF", "hexadecimal", "dec"))
Supported conversions are decimal, binary, hex, octal, ASCII, and duodecimal.
Unsupported source/target pairs raise ConversionError; malformed values raise
ValueError.
GUI
Run the interface with:
decitobin
CLI
decitobin-cli --from decimal --to binary 10
# 1010
Testing
Run the standard-library test suite from the project directory:
python -m unittest discover -s tests -v
