deeph-pack compatibility alias

This is a one-time compatibility alias for deepx-pack, the current DeepH JAX package.

Use the canonical package:

pip install deepx-pack

This alias exists so that old deeph-pack install commands do not silently point at an unrelated or unmaintained project. It installs the pinned deepx-pack release and contains no separate DeepH implementation.
