Primitivas HTTP reutilizables para FastAPI y Starlette publicadas como paquete versionado de core.
La versión 0.3.0 requiere FastAPI 0.133 o superior y Starlette 1.0.1 o superior,
con límites fastapi<1 y starlette<2.
constraints-test.txt fija sólo la resolución de CI, no las dependencias de los consumidores.
constraints-test-min.txt comprueba la compatibilidad con los mínimos declarados.
CORS
apply_cors(app, allowed_origins) instala CORS con credenciales únicamente para una lista explícita de orígenes confiables. La lista vacía y el comodín * se rechazan para evitar una configuración insegura. apply_permissive_cors se conserva como alias de compatibilidad, pero exige la misma lista explícita.
