Installing
pip install elio-dna
Seeing is believing
git clone https://gitlab.com/eliothing/dna.git
cd dna
virtualenv --python=python3 venv-dna
source venv-dna/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements/local.txt
./init_chromosomes.sh
